HOW OPERATION BARNABAS INC. attacks

VETERAN SUICIDE and HOMELESSNESS in Northeast Florida:

FAITH, ACTION and ENCOURAGEMENT!

Provide homeless veterans and families an immediate living location.

Assign a mentor/Barnabas ("Son of Encouragement").

Triage needs and set meaningful, manageable, and measurable goals.

Contact partners (Stay Suites of America Orange ParkSteven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone, FloridaChanging HomelessnessMercy Auto Charitable Foundation Inc.).

Deliver food and necessities as needed.

Assist veterans to secure transportation, employment, and stable housing.

God is good and we love Him, love His church, love all people, and love where we live! If you want to help reduce veteran suicide and homelessness, PLEASE JOIN THE MISSION.

Ready to walk through life with a veteran or first responder?  Our mentors are a core component to Operation Barnabas. After signing a statement of faith, each mentor goes through a training process to equip them before assigning them a mentee. In as little as an hour a week, you can make a real difference in the life of a veteran or first responder.

 Are you a veteran or first responder in need of a hand up? We are here to help with a broad range of needs including housing, counseling, financial training, transportation, employment and many others. We will walk this journey with you.
